As a housing agent, I myself did not forsee such a sharp bull run in Singapore property market and as such did not bought any property.

Otherwise I would have earn a few hundred thousands.

Is very true. There has never been a rise for en-block like how it's been in the last one year and even more so in the coming years. I would have to say those who own the older properties are the most benefitted crowd. wat about HDB? will the rising of new flats beings built effect the prices of the resale?:confused:
