I bet many HDB owners are very happy now that their HDB flats fetched a much higher rental than before.

Not sure if HDB flats rental is going to go up further.

Like to ask regular HDB Flats rental agents view on this as my auntie is going to rent her flat out end of the year.

Any views?

Yes..rental going due to the speculating among agents and demands from the market..i thot HDB regulation softening should cool down the market but the demand is getting higher and still supply is still not enough...thus money going up.

Hi,
Indeed rental has been going up since the beginning of this year. You should rent out now in order to command a higher rental income. I believe the government will do something to enforce the increasing demand in due time.
